Although working over the phone has its limitations, it is still an effective form of therapy.

Talk through your feeling and worries and find at steps to help you move forward, because the session is more limited then a face to face meeting working outside the session helps them become more effective and help you find what you need from counselling.
When attending your session however we do ask they you find a spot where you can talk openly and wont be disturbed.
Once you have booked a session, we will call you on the time and date it has been booked.
