Online therapy if very similar to face to face and can have fantastic results.

It can be difficult at first if you are not used to it and take time to feel confident in see yourself, but we can work around this by changing views ect.

We would suggest however that you use headphones and find somewhere you feel confident in being open and honest, without disturbance.

Once you have booked a session, we will send you the meeting invite with for you to log on and clarify anything via email or text, reducing the need for you to worry about an unexpected call.


One-to-one counselling sessions are available, face to face, walking, over the phone or online via Zoom and Skype.
