What to exspect
The sessions are based on your needs at the time this means you're in control of the session.
This is not to say that there is no input from us, we help you understand and develop your thoughts around the distress you are having.
Lasting for 50 minutes, on a one to one basis sessions can be by face to face,
Skype or over the phone; there is no obligations, judgments and one 100%percent confidential.
Some sessions maybe recorded, this is to help us improve what we do and intern help you with something we may want to explore more with you. If this is something your not comfortable please feel free to decline.
When you feel the time is right we can start look at how your diet and life style, help you understand the impact they can have on your emotions.
It might be that you feel “your emotions are ok and your diet isn't to bad, but what could change in your life style” this is something we can explore with you and develop a path that is tailored to you and your needs.
