What to expect
The sessions are based on your needs at the time this means you're in control.
This is not to say that there is no input from me, my role is to help you gain understand and develop your thoughts around the distress you are having.
Lasting for 30 -50 minutes, on a one to one basis sessions can be by face to face,
Skype or over the phone; there is no obligations, judgments and one 100% confidential.
It might be that you feel “your emotions are ok and your diet isn't to bad, but what could change in your life style” this is something we can explore with you and develop a path that is tailored to you and your needs.
