Being in nature for 10 minutes can help relax, reduce stress and worry. But, this is not for everyone and walking down a busy high street can also give a sense of belonging.

Nature has so many benefits such as clean air, textures, colours and natural light which improves how your mind and body. The right environment can be from working in a fulfilling job, living somewhere you love to having opportunities to grow and develop.

You don’t always have choice in some of these areas but you can make the most of what you have, allowing your environment reflect how you want to feel.

You can also take trips away or walks to change your environments to find what makes you feel connected and what gives you environmental nourishment.
